Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Record the Voltage, Current, Power Factor for Main Switch Board
  • Check for relevant equipment and machinery fire-fighting systems and ensure compliances is met. Report any signs of fault or expiration.
  • To make sure all major equipment such as low voltage switchboard, all electrical drives, all electrical panels, batteries, are in good condition.
  • To conduct scheduled inspections of LV Breakers per the recommended frequency as advised by project manager or relevant personnel and report for any replacement/rectifications when necessary.
  • To conduct scheduled inspections of LV Isolation Switch per the recommended frequency as advised by project manager or relevant personnel and report for any replacement/rectifications when necessary.
  • Report any fire & safety/security related matters to the Project Manager
  • To ensure the compliance with the requirements of the regulatory and accreditation agencies.
  • To submit monthly report with photo descriptions on the above-mentioned work scopes to the Project Manager for endorsement on a timely manner.
  • Candidate must possess at least PW2, PW4 or A1 certificate certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • Experience at least 2 years of technical experience

Job Responsibilities
•    Utilize own network and develop a company network in to source, evaluate and negotiate Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV projects. Develop relationships with Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and large local companies.
•    Manage and communicate with key client accounts in Indonesia or Philippines – Prepare and present proposals to clients.
•    Secure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and EPC contracts.
•    Conduct market mapping and scanning activities to generate new business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
•    Establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, chambers and associations or any other company that could accelerate sourcing pipeline of C&I projects
•    Assessment of new project opportunities, approval from management and support functions on technical and commercial appraisals.

•    Essential that the Business Development Manager possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to explain complex technical topics, including the ability to give persuasive presentations to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support project investment decisions. Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and correct incorporation of relevant inputs to such models. Propose and implement relevant sensitivity analysis for investment files.
  • Develop, analyse, evaluate and recommend financial options and proposals as they relate to a business development project or other funding needs.
  • Advice internal stakeholders in understanding appropriate risk allocation, bankability of terms and conditions of various project contracts and provide general structuring advice and optimization of returns throughout the business development process.
  • Assist the business development decision-making process and act as the finance single point of contact for the investment business case, centralizing accounting, tax, treasury, and corporate finance requirements.
  • Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing documents for medium to large size transactions, in accordance with best project finance practices.
  • Develop presentations for lender and management updates/discussions and negotiate the key financial terms of the transaction documents
  • Identify main project economic and financial risks and advise on the appropriate mitigation factors and definition of appropriate contingencies.
  • Manage multiple parties including banks, consultants, lawyers as well as internal stakeholders to bring transactions to successful close.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required with Finance or Economics major, professional qualification such as CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Professional Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in the position, conducting industry M&A and project finance transactions at an investment bank, private equity fund or strategic energy company. Broad power industry expertise, including working in retail, energy services, renewables and / or generation markets.
Specific Knowledge
  • Significant expertise in the renewable energy industry, including structuring tax equity investments for wind and solar projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and utilizing detailed, Excel-based, financial models.

Technical Sales Engineeri is responsible for providing pre-sales and technical support to customer utilizing company resources to develop a system design, and cost estimate for the purpose of quotation. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide Pre-sales and technical support to customer
  • Collaborating with various department & also vendor in the design and development of systems
  • Independently lead and resolve pre-sales technical assignments at different level of customer demands
