Ditrolic Energy power up IHH Healthcare's network hospitals

On 29 April 2024, we're thrilled to announce our strategic partnership with IHH Healthcare Malaysia, marking a significant step towards advancing renewable energy within Malaysia's private healthcare sector. Today, alongside IHH Healthcare Chairman, Tan Sri Mohammed Azlan bin Hashim and IHH's CEO, Jean-François Naa, we proudly stand as we join the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation, YAB Dato' Sri Fadillah Yusof, in officiating the launch of a solar system at one of IHH Healthcare's flagship hospital networks, Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Ditrolic Energy is powering up 15 hospitals within IHH networks as part of this transformative initiative through our SunLease Programme, which offers a cost-effective method to procure electricity with zero upfront capital investment. This arrangement allows IHH Healthcare to seamlessly adopt renewable energy sources into their operations, resulting in reduced carbon emissions and long-term cost efficiencies. The full launch of solar energy in all IHH Healthcare Malaysia hospital networks is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
