  • Review performance reports and project specific performance data. 

  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of billing to customers and resolve issues if needed. 

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders in solar PV projects i.e., property owners, facility managers, plant co-owners etc. 

  • Develop, monitor and report on the asset compliance calendar. Where specified, manage and monitor compliance in all contracts and activities. 

  • Representing the Asset Owner in project commissioning stage by taking care of performance analysis, as-built documents verifications, online monitoring parameters availability, in order to make sound and accurate recommendations for the commercial operation. 

  • Representing the Asset Owner in site walks in the project commissioning stage to ensure the best interest for the Asset Owner is taken care of. 

  • To execute additional tasks, as and when assigned and when required by the dept/management. 

  • Representing the Asset Owner in kick-off and roll-out efforts for implementation of single monitoring platform in all assets. 

  • Assist the Head of Department in drafting new policies, procedures, work instructions, process flows etc. with objective to standardize all processes. 

  • Assist the Head of Department to ensure the Asset Management team’s compliance to company policy guided by ISO processes. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Technical understanding of solar generation and familiarity with computerized monitoring systems, interconnection agreements and data management. 

  • Self-motived with the ability to work with little supervision and proven ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team. 

  • Ability to define issues, analyses problems, evaluate alternatives and develop sound conclusions. 

  • Exceptional influence and communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, peers, partners and other stakeholders. 

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of large-scale and distributed solar sites. 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Electronic. 

  • Advanced computer skills especially in MS Office especially Excel 

  • Proven experience in Service, Asset/Facilities Management or operations of renewable Portfolios. 

  • Candidates may need to travel outstation.
